Corus Packaging Plus announces price increases from 1 January 2008 Corus Packaging Plus (CPP) will increase its prices for all deliveries as from 1 January 2008. While, the demand for high quality packaging steels, including technical and logistical services and innovation support, remains robust, CPP is facing significant cost increases in many areas, particularly raw materials. In order to ensure continuity for the packaging steel supply chain in the future, from 1 January 2008, CPP will increase its base prices by 6% and additionally apply new tin extras. A new price list will be issued by the end of this year. CPP is committed to the packaging sector and to maintaining the valued position for steel packaging in the overall packaging market.
