By working in partnership together, we can improve our collective processes, increase effectiveness and reduce costs. We have developed innovative tools to simplify our product specifications, shorten order lead times and improve automated information flow. One example of an initiative to improve supply chain effectiveness is our Dynamic Re-order Point System. This gives customers immediate flexibility on the volume they call-off and removes the need for weekly ordering and short term forecasting.
