Tinplate

Electrolytic Tinplate (ET) is a low carbon steel coated with tin by electrodeposition. Tinplate is often used for three-piece can welded bodies. Corus Packaging Plus also supplies products suitable for Drawn and Wall Ironed (DWI) and Draw Redraw (DRD) applications.

TFS/ECCS

ECCS (Electrolytic Chromium Coated Steel) is often called Tin Free Steel (TFS). ECCS is used in the production of DRD two-piece cans and components that do not have to be welded, such as ends, lids, crown corks, twist-off caps and aerosol bottoms and tops.

Protact^®

PET or PP coatings provide robust protection against a wide range of aggressive filling products, as well as excellent food safety standards, being both Bisphenol A and BADGE free.
